After saw You make Me MV again, I understood why they used 'mango' not 'lemon' (mydays symbolized as 🍋) or other fruits on this album. In general, it's right to say 'mango' as a sweet fruit that also symbolized of 'purity of love'. However, it's also looks like 'kidneys' lol. On the MV, the guy has a wound on the right down of his body which is surrounding the kidneys. Kidneys is one of the most important internal organ in human body and every human generally has 2 kidneys. Interestingly, kidneys is interconnected to the heart thats why, if u got kidney disease, before reaching the stage of damage/the worst, the other health problems that will develop is heart disease. Imagined the guy that suffered his life bc his kidneys loose its ability. It's interpreted how the pain that he has been endured all the time without the girl he loves. The girl is symbolized as the other one kidney that prob already gotten sick. The guy could be saved if he got right medication or transplant but seems like he didn't. It shown at the scene where they stopped at the gas station and he gets the blurred scene of illusion his best moment with her as he's in the middle of alive/death. Then the pain is healed by the girl as she donated her kidney to him and his heart disease is also gone. The kidneys finally met in afterlife. Fin.
